I was offered the chance to try the hand moisturising lotion Gloves in a bottle, and I have to say I am really impressed. In the space of a few days I can feel a difference in the texture of my skin. I am however not alone in this, as always I passed it to my family to try, (not for too long I love this stuff).

My sisters: a medical receptionist and telephone operator for a call centre and my mum all tried it and agreed that it made a difference to their hands.

From my point of view I can see this product being ideal for a wide range of people in the media, fashion and hairdressing market. Ideal for the hairdresser with sensitive hands that are in water all day, the make up artist working in cold environments, and in particular models. Can anyone use it use it? Yes. Its great item to have in the bathroom for men or women who work with their hands, suffer from skin complaints or just feel that they need that extra bit of care for their hands.

As with the skin md shielding lotion, gloves in a bottle is now a part of my kit that will stay, for my use and my clients.

I had the pleasure of working with Warwick, one of the photographers from the istock weekend I worked in June, at his home in Edinburgh for a Christmas themed stock shoot.

The models: Frankie and Connie were both fantastic to be around, Connie I had met in my capacity as make up artist in June, both the girls were easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. The shoot itself was simple; basic natural looking make up for both the girls so that Warwick could set pose's suitable for the Christmas theme.

Warwick is an accomplished and easy photographer and it is and was a pleasure to be around someone as professional in this field.

All the images look good but I wanted to share two shots with you all (as seen above): individual images of the girls looking gorgeous and glam on "Christmas day."
